Hardware current specs

Softwares usually come with specific hardware config, so here is a brief overview.

I learned to work on a Solaris Sun station a while ago. I moved on to use a PC with Linux and then I discovered Apple and Mac OS.

At MIT I get lucky to work with a MacBook Pro 17' (generation 2006, boosted in free memory, hard drive capacity) running Tiger (Mac OS X, version 10.4.6).

Now at LPO, I work on a lighter MacBook 13' (generation 2008, also boosted in free memory, hard drive capacity) running Leopard (Mac OS X, version 10.5.6).
